Accurate chain pairing is critical to successful conveyor operation.
LeeChain chains are paired one-to-one to ensure scrapers stay in a straight line and remain stable in the center channel.

Chain Pairing Handling Rules
Pairing tolerance is the maximum permissible amount of difference in the length of any pair of chains.

| 42 mm and under | Pairs placed in a single box | Color-coded ends and metal tags with unique identification numbers | Pairs of chains must not be used separately |
| 48 mm and over | One chain per box | Box labels include code information for exact length matching | Ends of matched chains must be aligned and clearly identifiable |
